Another project we’re currently working on is the Difford’s Daiquiri Tour - a six month tour of the best bars in 17 UK cities championing my favourite cocktail - the Natural Daiquiri. I’ll be ordering Daiquiris wherever I go in a quest to find the UK’s best Daiquirí makers and the best new Daiquirí variations.

The top 500 bars within the UK will end up in our new title – diffordsguide City Drinking published this Christmas and serialised in CLASS magazine over the coming months.

The seventeen cities to be visited are Bath, Belfast, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford, Nottingham and Sheffield.
